How does invisaWear jewelry work in an emergency?
Each piece contains a hidden button on the backside. When pressed twice, it immediately sends your GPS location to five pre-selected emergency contacts and can optionally alert 911 dispatchers.
Do I need to charge my invisaWear device?
No charging is required. The internal battery is designed to last one to two years depending on usage. When the battery runs low, we offer a discounted replacement program for your jewelry component.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the United States, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their peace of mind sooner.
Can I return my jewelry if it's not the right fit?
We want you to love your purchase. You can return or exchange any unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that subscription services are non-refundable.
Is the jewelry water-resistant?
While our jewelry is sweat and rain resistant, we do not recommend submerging it in water. To keep your device functioning perfectly, please remove it before swimming or showering.
Does invisaWear work internationally?
The emergency alert features work in many countries outside the US; however, the 911-equivalent dispatch feature is currently optimized for the United States and Canada.
