At invisaWear, we want you to feel both safe and stylish; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your invisaWear jewelry in its original gift box and place it inside a secure shipping mailer with the provided return label.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the status of your shipment.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
